CCDC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,069 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDRGK1, PDE3A_S520, and GSTZ1. Each is linked with CCDC9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC9-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC9 versus DDRGK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
