Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,073 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR1, ERCC1, and CREB3L1. Each is linked with CCDC9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC9-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC9 versus KDELR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
