Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12H, SNRNP25, and GFI1. Each is linked with CCDC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC9-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12H grouped by CCDC9-low versus CCDC9-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
