Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,750 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Protein localization to vacuole, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with CCDC9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC9-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC9 results are reported.
