CCDC88A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC88A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,502 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC88A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole-centriole cohesion, DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with CCDC88A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC88A-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC88A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Centriole-centriole cohesion grouped by CCDC88A-low versus CCDC88A-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC88A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC88A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
