CCDC82

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,715 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC82-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with CCDC82 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC82-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC82 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination grouped by CCDC82-low versus CCDC82-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC82→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
