CCDC80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC80-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZPBP2, PHF5A, and KPNA3. Each is linked with CCDC80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC80-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZPBP2 grouped by CCDC80-low versus CCDC80-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
