CCDC78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC78-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG3, NF1P10, and MIR3170. Each is linked with CCDC78 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC78-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53TG3 grouped by CCDC78-low versus CCDC78-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC78→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
