Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC78 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC78-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CCDC78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC78-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC78 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by CCDC78-low versus CCDC78-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC78→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
