CCDC78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC78-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, GJD2, and KRT6C. Each is linked with CCDC78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC78-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by CCDC78-low versus CCDC78-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC78→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
