Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC77 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC77 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC77 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC77 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and UCEC are the cancer types where CCDC77 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
