CCDC77

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC77 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC77-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6885, IGHD3-16, and OR6K6. Each is linked with CCDC77 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC77-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6885 grouped by CCDC77-low versus CCDC77-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC77→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
