The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CCDC74A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC74A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where CCDC74A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
