Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC70 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC70 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC70 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, CESC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC70 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
