CCDC70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC70 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC70-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, VHL, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with CCDC70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC70-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CCDC70-low versus CCDC70-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
