CCDC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,509 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP2, RPL3, and RPS8. Each is linked with CCDC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
