CCDC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CCDC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
