Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,619 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis, DNA biosynthetic process, and Chromatin looping. Each is linked with CCDC7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC7 results are reported.
