Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,796 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC69-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCSD1, GIMAP1, and CD37. Each is linked with CCDC69 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC69-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC69 results are reported.
