Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC66 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC66-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ5, GAPDHP17, and TMEM225. Each is linked with CCDC66 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC66-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC66 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ5 grouped by CCDC66-low versus CCDC66-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC66→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
