CCDC66

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC66 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC66-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE8, NEU2, and PIWIL3. Each is linked with CCDC66 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC66-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 grouped by CCDC66-low versus CCDC66-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC66→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
