CCDC65

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC65 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC65-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, p90 RSK, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CCDC65 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC65-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by CCDC65-low versus CCDC65-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC65→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
