Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC63 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC63 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CCDC63 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC63 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

THYM, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where CCDC63 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
