CCDC61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC61 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC61-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with CCDC61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC61-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by CCDC61-low versus CCDC61-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC61→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
