Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,872 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36P18, OR6C73P, and MTND4LP12. Each is linked with CCDC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC6-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL36P18 grouped by CCDC6-low versus CCDC6-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
