CCDC59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC59-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1293, PSMB7P1, and OR9L1P. Each is linked with CCDC59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC59-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1293 grouped by CCDC59-low versus CCDC59-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC59→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
