CCDC58

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC58 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,498 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLIRP, TRAP1, and TRMT10C. Each is linked with CCDC58 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC58-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC58 versus SLIRP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
