Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC58-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-929P, C2orf69P4, and MIR3612. Each is linked with CCDC58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC58-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-929P grouped by CCDC58-low versus CCDC58-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
