Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,415 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC58-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA processing, tRNA wobble base modification, and RNA modification. Each is linked with CCDC58 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC58-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC58 results are reported.
