Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC57 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC57 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CCDC57 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and STAD are the cancer types where CCDC57 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
