CCDC57

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC57 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC57-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX8, ZNF830, and DDX42_S185. Each is linked with CCDC57 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC57-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC57 versus CBX8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
