CCDC57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,309 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC57-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L11P, NOCT, and BAG3. Each is linked with CCDC57 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC57-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA6L11P grouped by CCDC57-low versus CCDC57-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
