CCDC51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,177 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPDH2, KIF15_S568, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with CCDC51 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC51-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC51 versus IMPDH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC51→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
