Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC51 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,526 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS16, COA3, and DNAJC19. Each is linked with CCDC51 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC51-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC51 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC51 versus MRPS16 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC51→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
