CCDC51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC51-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ50, RNU6-990P, and RNU6-48P. Each is linked with CCDC51 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC51-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ50 grouped by CCDC51-low versus CCDC51-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC51→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
