CCDC42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC42 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC42-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and ERK2. Each is linked with CCDC42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC42-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CCDC42-low versus CCDC42-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC42→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
