Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC39-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC39-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CCDC39-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC39-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and ACC show a favorable association.

COAD, CESC, and BRCA are the cancer types where CCDC39-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
