CCDC34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-700P, TRDD1, and MIR4445. Each is linked with CCDC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC34-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-700P grouped by CCDC34-low versus CCDC34-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
