Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, SERPINA7, and ZAN. Each is linked with CCDC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC34-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by CCDC34-low versus CCDC34-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
