Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC32 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CCDC32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where CCDC32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
