CCDC32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,199 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS2, NOP10, and NDUFAF1. Each is linked with CCDC32 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC32-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC32 versus COPS2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
