Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC25 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher CCDC25 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where CCDC25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
