CCDC25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, ASNS, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CCDC25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC25-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by CCDC25-low versus CCDC25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
