CCDC22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,459 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy, Growth hormone secretion, and Regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with CCDC22 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC22-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy grouped by CCDC22-low versus CCDC22-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
