The most reproducible CCDC195-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing small molecule catabolic process, Regulation of G0 to G1 transition, and Negative regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with CCDC195 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC195-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC195 results are reported.
