Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC184 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC184-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, HMOX1, and NIN. Each is linked with CCDC184 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC184-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC184 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC184 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC184→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC184) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
