CCDC18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 499 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPDPFL, OR52E2, and BARHL2. Each is linked with CCDC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC18-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPDPFL grouped by CCDC18-low versus CCDC18-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
