Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC174 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC174 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CCDC174 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC174 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CCDC174 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
