Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC174 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,042 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC174-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF15, FANCD2, and TSEN2. Each is linked with CCDC174 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC174-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC174 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC174 versus KIF15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC174→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC174) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
