Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC172 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC172-associated genes across cancer lineages are SBF1, PLXNA2, and DROSHA. Each is linked with CCDC172 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC172-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC172 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SBF1 grouped by CCDC172-low versus CCDC172-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC172→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC172) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
